Terms Of Service — Matt Copywriting

1. Agreement

These Terms govern services between you ("Client") and Matt Copywriting, Via Maqueda 172, 90134 Palermo, Italy. Placing an order or engaging services = full acceptance.

2. Services

Copywriting services delivered digitally. No physical goods. All work is written by me personally — not subcontracted, not AI-generated.

3. Payment

Via Stripe in EUR. Full payment at checkout for Spark and individual services. Ignite and Blaze may be arranged as milestone payments for projects exceeding €500 — contact me.

4. Intellectual Property

Client owns all final copy upon full payment. I retain anonymous portfolio rights unless you object in writing within 14 days of delivery.

5. Revisions

Edit rounds per plan. Requests consolidated per round, within 14 days of delivery. Source text changes after project start quoted separately.

6. Liability

Limited to fees paid. No guaranteed revenue outcomes. Past results in marketing materials are historical, not guarantees.

7. Confidentiality

All materials confidential. NDA available on request. I work alone — your data stays with one person.

8. Governing Law

Italian law. Palermo courts. Updated: March 2026.
